Ever since the update I have not gotten any texture/resource packs to be sent to clients. I post the resource pack to the same place I did with texture packs in previous versions. It seems they are just not sent to the client.

I have seen issues about this before, but all responses say this was going to be fixed in 1.6, yet I still have this issue.

Mainly I am just wondering if this is a problem on my end, or a problem with the update.

If it is a problem with the update, is there plans to fix it in the near future?

Update: I notice this was marked as duplicate, however the reason I re-posted was because on the last ticket it was said this would have been fixed before 1.6 was released, yet it still has not
