Splash potions aren't stackable even if they are throwable items and should be stacked up to 16 like enderpearls or snowballs, if you use them you wont get back bottles so there is no need to worry about your Inventory to glitch! This could be intended but it feels like it shouldn't be like that because of the other throwable items!
