I have been trying to start a village from scratch, I had taken two villagers from a village about 1000 blocks away to the place I want to start my village, they both have 3 bread in their inventories, and have a room with doors, a 3 block high ceiling, 9 beds, and they are both unemployed. I have waited in the area for about 10 minutes and they haven't created new life. I have attached screenshots of the surrounding area and the breeding chamber.
