I recently updated my server, which has a certain zoom-in mechanic
which uses a negitive swiftness effect to achieve this.
What happened in previous versions was fine - the user's perspective reterned to normal after the effect wore off.
After updating to 1.6, i noticed that even after the effect wore off, the perspective of the users would stay the same, as if they still had the effect.
To reproduce this, just give your character a negitive swiftness effect,
wait for it to wear off - and you'll see the perspective has not changed back.
To fix this, you have to give the user a positive swiftness, for even a second and you will retern to normal.
That is the fix i will make, if this is not fixed.

PS: I am unsure if this exists in single player, the only area i tested this was
on my server.
