Console: Nintendo Switch

Issue: Have consistently loaded into my account. When going to the character customize screen. I've been greeted by a balance of zero Minecoins. Despite having money in account.

Then shortly after, when attempting to click any item to try to put on. Most do not even load in aside from Steve and Alex's clothing. This event is followed by the entire game freezing, and shutting down within 60 seconds. 

I have been unable to play due to these issues. I would like to play again please.
