What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that when I placed the sign on a wooden fence that I would be able to write text as with the earlier updates

What actually happened was...:
When I placed the sign, it didn't show the text entry box like it was supposed to and the sign was completely blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a sign and a fence
2. Put one or two signs down
3. Place a sign on the fence.
