Render of heads and skulls in hand in 1st person view is straight.
Render of heads and skulls in hand in 2nd person view is at an angle.
This is inconsistency betwen render of heads and skulls in hand in 1st person and render of heads and skulls in hand in 2nd person view.
Because render of all blocks (without heads and skulls) in hand in 1st person view and 2nd person view is always at an angle, fix should be that render of skulls and heads in 1st person view should be changed to be at an angle.

Third screenshot shows fix.
Fourth screenshot shows an example of propper render of block with simlar size to size of heads and skulls.
