Pets cannot be sat down or made to stand when they are inside of a non-motion blocking block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a tamed cat or dog
2. Make the animal sit
3. Push it into tall grass
4. Try and make the animal sit or stand

The animal cannot be sat or made to stand when inside of the tall grass as long as the player cannot directly access its hitbox.
