The Bug

Turtles move slowly on ice and frosted ice.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a turtle on any blocks other than ice.
2. Hold some seagrass in your hand.
   → Notice how the turtle moves at its normal speed.
3. Summon a turtle on some ice.
4. Hold some seagrass in your hand.
   → Notice how the turtle moves at an unnaturally slow speed.
