Attempting to bind (unusual) alternative keys as the open/close inventory keybind causes the rebound key to only open, requiring use of ESC to close.  This can be particularly tedious for those using right-sides of a keyboard.

In my personal use-example, I utilize a side mouse button (MOUSE5 or MOUSE4) as my inventory open/close bind, but it will only open, will not close.

I am pretty certain this is directly relative to MC-145691, though why that was fixed without impact on this bug I'm not sure.

For what it's worth this bug at least with the mouse buttons has been around years, just never got around to reporting it until now (finally bugged me enough).
