When I try to make craft some swords/items and then when I drag the item it doesn't do it and then and then the item glitches out or something, and I cannot use ctrl and drag so I could manually have only one block at a slot or something, but, please fix this bug I don't like this, it really grinds my gears. 

I tried even downloading Java again, and it didn't work.

this bug only affects on 1.12.2 to 1.16.3
