Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
Rabbit's should be able to move on these blocks with no outside influence.

      What actually happened was...:
They get into an infinite hoping loop. This only changes if there is a predator around, in which they will move away from the predator.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. place a block in the image below
      2. spawn a rabbit in the block (not behind or around it, you may need to push)

      3. For Stairs you need to push the rabbit into the gap that is in the block. (this doesn't happen with slabs)

4.Chains, Ladders and endrods need the rabbit to be pushed into the block air.

I'd like to point out after a bit of testing, no other >one block creatures got stuck in the same way. Only rabbits (excluding slimes and vexes cause slimes will do this normally and vexes go through blocks.)(chicken, silver fish, bat, bee, cat, ender mite, cave spider, and parrot all worked fine)

      5. Vines glitch out the rabbit as to where it can move but it can't be moved by other things than gravity and itself
