The issue is, when I quickly left click and then right click (in creative mode) to quickly remove and place a new block. It starts breaking blocks automatically and only stops when I left click. I tried it on two different ways. Optifine 1.16.3 and normal 1.16.3. It's not about that.

It's really annoying and I can't play normally. I hope you can fix that as fast as possible.
