The skeleton is loading as a pure white instead of its normal texture. It had been normal before I updated and is still messed up if I spawn them myself. I also went into a survival world and the skeletons were still pure white.

What I expected to happen was...:
A normal skeleton.

What actually happened was...:
It was pure white. It still held a bow and made the skeleton noise when I hit it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be in 16.2

2. Spawn a skeleton

3. It has a pure white texture pack instead of a skeleton texture pack.
