Jukeboxes stil play songs, when you play end remove the disc within the same tick.
On the F3-screen it even says, that no disc is in it.
Also the the song, doesn't stop playing, when you remove the jukebox. It is even possible to stack the songs on top of each other. Relogging onto the server fixes them playing.
