Food bar gone while in minecarts and boats

      What I expected to happen was...:
      The food bar would be there as usual.

      What actually happened was...:
      When I got into the minecart or boat, the food bar disappeared, and would reappear when I got out.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Be in survival
      2. Get into a minecart/ boat
