I was in my nether hub and got killed by a group of 4 Piglins. Not much of an issue. I go back to pick up my stuff and somehow all of the Piglins were 70 blocks away (besides one). This is probably just bad luck, it being a small tunnel I died in, and me taking a minute or so to get there. About 3 minutes later I kill the Piglins, get back my items that they picked up, and head to the spot where I died. For some reason all of my items that the Piglins didn’t pick up disappeared. The XP was still there, yet none of my items. There was no nearby lava or holes the items could have gone into. Is there a reason for them to do this or is it unintended? They did pick up some of my armor and stuff so could this have affected it?
