I made a new world and was playing for a bit but when I switched to creative so I could build a house my inventory bugged out. It wouldn't let me select or move items in my inventory or where all the items are. I tried closing the game and opening it back up but that didn't work. I also tried making a new world but the same issue was still there.

What I expected to happen was...:
picking up a sea lantern and putting it in my inventory.

What actually happened was...:
It wouldn't move no matter what I tried.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the game in survival and play for a while
2. Switch to creative and go into the item glossary
3. attempt to grab an item
