Put the summary of the bug you're having here:Texturepack converter with mac changes cobblestone texture to stone brick and resets stone brick to default. (Not sure if it happens with all texture packs just A'therys Ascended as far as i know)

What I expected to happen was...:
The TextureEnder would run smoothly and there would be no problems

What actually happened was...:
The Stone Brick texture was reset to default, and the cobblestone texture was changed to Stone Brick

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the TextureEnder.jar on the texture pack
2. Open Minecraft, Select the Resource pack
3. Stone Brick is reset to default, Cobblestone has texture of Stone Brick
