What I expected to happen was...:
When i was in a moving mindcart and went into thirdperson view it would stay like that.

What actually happened was...:
When i was in a moving minecart and went into thridperson view it went off after a few seconds.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in a moving minecart
2. Go in F5
3. You found the bug

Also I tested it with a friend and he found it to on a server.
