When I try to place a sign on a nether brick fence it doesn't give you the choice to write on the sign but just places an empty one. This can be triggered both in Creative and Survival.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      I expected to be able to place and write a sign as usual.

      What actually happened was...:
      I tried placing a sign and it placed it blank without pulling up the writing screen.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Get a Sign and Nether Brick Fence.
      2. Place the Fence.
      3. Place the Sign on it, doesn't matter where on it.
