When flying, stuff like cobwebs and vines don't slow you down, so this shouldn't either. Its also worth noting that while doing these things, the player isn't slowed down while flying up or down, just in a horizontal direction.

-Throwing Tridents

Steps to Reproduce

• Switch into creative mode and begin flying horizontally at a constant speed.
• Perform any of the actions listed above, for example, eat some food.
• Take note as to whether or not horizontal flying speed in creative mode is slowed down when performing several actions.

Observed Behavior

Horizontal flying speed in creative mode is slowed down when performing several actions.

Expected Behavior

Horizontal flying speed in creative mode would not be slowed down when performing several actions.
