Using any sword (Wood, stone, gold, iron, diamond), you can not break any tall grass block, but with other tools you can.

What I expected to happen was that the tall grass would break.

What actually happened was that the tall grass didn't break.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find or place some tall grass
2. Select your sword of choice
3. Attempt to break the tall grass
