My headphones got disconnected while playing minecraft, I reconnected them but minecraft audio didn't play until I restarted my minecraft instance, I've tested it and the same thing happened in 1.12.2, 1.14.4, and 1.16.x. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In a minecraft instance, disconnect and then reconnect your headphones
2. Try to play minecraft audio 
3.  See how the audio doesn't play.
