the foal of the horse gets hurts when randomly walking into a corner 1 block above the ground

i expected the foal to just walk away from the corner, and not to walk through it.

the foal walked into the corner and stated to get damaged turn red and made noises till it died

Steps to Reproduce:
1. spawn a foal
2. let it walk next into a block that is higher that it
3. and it gets stuck in a block
