When players are far from zero redstone dust scales larger then expected when laid on blocks.

This is an example coordinate I am playing in right now, but I have tested many other coordinates in different worlds.

The scale appears to get worse the farther out you go but the scale snaps to block sizes so it's hard to say when the issue begins. At world limit which is 300,000,000 I think, a single dot of redstone takes up 4 blocks in appearance but can be interacted with as expected (if you can figure out which block its actually sitting on).

Torches behave oddly in that the torch flame sits on the edge of the block the torch is in (as opposed to on the torch).
