I just downloaded Minecraft onto my laptop, and bits and chunks of the screen go static. And it bounces around a lot. Even when I'm not on the Minecraft tab, my screen glitches still. Steps to reproduce:

      click on the Minecraft Launcher
      Press play
after the Mojang Screen disappears and it's just the startup screen, bits and chunks start glitching a little
open a single player world, and the chunks will glitch sporadically and jump around a lot
I've tried dumbing down the video graphics, and I haven't found any issue that described/fixed what I'm seeing.

I also just realized that even if neither the launcher nor the actual playing screen are open/operating, my screen still glitches, even when my laptop is in best performance mode. I'm going to uninstall it for now, and any help would be appreciated.

Even after I uninstalled, I still see glitches.
