While walking around the extreme hills, it seems that the chunk loading engine has gotten quite confused, putting sheer cliffs and extremely differing biomes right next to each other. This, despite not looking terribly brilliant, also meant that navigation was just that little bit harder. This may be a biome problem, since the biomes are sometimes inside the chunks perfectly. I have included an example of the biome/chunk loading issues, both with debug screen and just a screenshot. I hope they help!
