The team modifier "friendlyFire false" is not only used for pvp situations, but it is also an option that prevents hostile mobs from aggroing each other. You can put an iron golem and a zombie next to each other and keep the zombie alive. However, this is not the case for the new nether mobs. Putting a zombified piglin next to a zoglin in the same team will immediately result in the zoglin just attacking the ziglin without the other fighting back.
