When I was walking to my house, I went through a path block that moved my character to the edge. I went to the nether the same day and soul sand pushed me in the lava. I was very upset and my brother told me it was a new game mechanic but I soon realized that this happened on all blocks that where not full blocks. (Not including slabs and stairs.)
