Riding horses, mules, donkeys, llamas, pigs, striders, and minecarts noticeably decreases mouse responsiveness. Only boats aren't affected by this issue. I tested it in 1.16 pre3 and vanilla 1.15.2.

I don't know if it is related to this issue but I noticed the transmit rate increases threefold when riding an entity.
