Whenever a player exits from a boat and hits the space bar to jump at the same time the player hand disappears or any item/tool it was holding. The items themselves don't disappear, you can still see them in your inventory, but you can't interact with anything or use the items.

Exiting the boat without jumping does not cause this bug, and exiting the world and going back in fixes it.
