Whenever you shift out of a boat while it's moving the hand disappears and you cant place blocks or interact with items.

What I expected to happen was...:
I would still have my hand and be able to interact and place blocks

What actually happened was...:
I could only break blocks and my hand disappeared

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get in a boat and start moving
2. Shift out of the boat while you are moving
3. It doesn't do it every time it took me about 4 times to do it on purpose but it's happened while playing on different worlds multiplayer and single player.
