Villagers don't try to use their own working station and look at another block they can't reach or use. This happens when I put them in small cells, and like the screenshot shows, they look at the neighbour's working station. The problem is that they can't work, because they can't reach the block they want. They don't renew the trades and I have to cover them with dirt every time I need to trade, like the other screenshot shows. After 10 minutes the villagers covered with dirt start working at their station and renew the trades, but when I remove the dirt, after a day they return at their strange routine: they whatch the working station each other.
