OS: Arch Linux 64 bit with linux kernal version 5.6.15-arch1-1, however friends have had this issue on Windows 10.
Java: OpenJDK 8 (Java 8), OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_252-b09), OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.252-b09, mixed mode). Information collected from running java -version.
Launcher: I primarily use MultiMC however I have tested with the offical launcher and my friends also primarily use the official launcher. I obtained both launchers from the Arch User Repository (AUR). The specific packages were minecraft-launcher-beta, multimc-git and multimc-twitch.OS: Arch Linux 64 bit with linux kernal version 5.6.15-arch1-1, however friends have had this issue on Windows 10. Clouds render over blocks and entities that are in front of them. I first noticed this in 20w22a and it is still an issue in 1.16 Pre-release 1.
= Steps to reproduce =
1. Make sure that Options>Video Settings>Clouds is set to Fast or Fancy
2. Load a world.
3. Clouds will now render over all blocks and entities
4. On 20w22a only, if you now change clouds to off the clouds will continue to render how they were for the last frame that they were rendered, so if you move the camera, the clouds will move with it.
