I was playing on the seed 1929118977 and went to the nearest bastion remnants structure. Once I got there, I explored and found that none of the chests had loot in them, all being entirely empty. Going into spectator mode, I tried to open a chest I had never seen before in a different generation section of the bastion. I was expecting the "unable to open, loot not yet generated" message to show up, but instead it opened and showed me another empty chest. I also went to check other bastions in the world, and found their loot chests to also be empty. This only seems to affect bastions, since other structures I visited all had loot.
