I placed an ice block in a 2x2x2 area (with slabs on the bottom [lava on top of the slabs]) then broke it. After breaking it, I replaced the lava. After the lava was replaced, there was a particle effect, as if I broke the lava. This is strange, but not an important bug to fix.
