I have many item streams and since updating to Snapshot 20w22a from 20w21a my item streams are not allowing items to flow over hoppers when the water stream is North South. I am unsure whether other directions are affected as well, but the items were able to make it this far into my item system.

EDIT :: My item streams that are flowing east - west and west east have ice blocks in-between the water streams, so direction is not known whether it is affected, but I can confirm that north south streams do not bridge items over hoppers between water streams. East West is unknown if it is broken as well.

EDIT 2 :: Flow of water direction does not matter, this is broken in all directions when flowing over hoppers, between streams. This could be intentional behavior, but I did not see anything in the patch notes that says that this was changed. Either way, I hope this is a bug, otherwise I have A LOT of work to do..
