The description is prioritized and is in front of the number of items in slots.

What actually happened was...:
The description for the item you're hovering over is behind the number of items in slots containing items. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Inventory

2. Hover over an item preferably one with a large description, e.g enchanted armor.

3. The description will be put behind the number of items in a slot(s).
