I noticed that the baby piglins also pick up gold ingots you throw, but doesn't throw anything back, they just keep hold of the gold ingot in their other hand. If you were to throw another gold ingot that they pick up, they will still make the animation of throwing something back, but the ingot disapears and nothing gets throwed. I did throw a rotten flesh to a baby piglin, which it picked up and held in its hand. When I then throwed a gold ingot, it throwed back the rotten flesh. I'm not 100% sure this is a bug but I just found it wierd that they can pick up gold and not throw anything back.
