Today I entered into my own world I have been playing for a while, to find huge holes in the floor leading all the way to the end of the world (not bedrock). We have lost hours of work and heaps of equipment.

I am done playing the game if it is so unreliable that hours of work could just vanish at any moment without warning.

If our data can't be restored or the problem can't be resolved then I want a refund for the purchase of the game.
