I've had a red and blue parrot living in my castle for awhile, it was sitting on top of my furnace (two of them double stacked) ever since I got it. I had found a black cat and tamed it and left it in the room with the parrot. Once i came back my parrot had lost all of its textures and looked like what is shown below.

The only thing that changed before it lost its textures was the black cat. Note i had another white and gray cat before i got the black one.
