While playing casually, I hit a Piglin while it was admiring some gold. This caused the crossbow it was holding before to disappear, and the Piglin becomes unarmed, only holding the gold ingot. Sometimes, the crossbow actually drops and I can pick it up. This does not work with the Piglin's wielding swords, however.

How to reproduce:

1. Find a crossbow-wielding Piglin, by means of spawn eggs or natural spawning.
2. Throw gold or right-click the Piglin with gold to start bartering.
3. While the Piglin is admiring the gold, hit it.
4. The Piglin will drop the crossbow, leaving the gold in its hand.
