I was driving into my boat dock made of soul sand (To soften the crash) and I drove in and a little bit through the soul sand and died (I was still in the boat at the time). I got the message "Player hit the ground too hard" and re-spawned and got my stuff back. My boat was still stuck in the soul sand.
