The Villagers in our Realm, specifically in a single player's base, appear to not work on their workstations, which allows multiple villagers to claim the same workstation. This problem is only native to this particular base, with the other two players' villagers working as normal.

The villagers, who refuse to work on their assigned workstations run around aimlessly. For the record, the village is functional in other ways and the villagers do have beds, and no extra workstations exist to confuse their AI. The villagers running around aimlessly also refuse to sleep in beds.
