Reproduction steps:
1. Hold an enderpearl
2. Look down at your feet
3. Jump off a cliff
4. Throw the enderpearl

The enderpearl will collide with the player's feet, teleporting them to their current location in the air, nullifying their momentum; instead of the intended behaviour of teleporting them to where the pearl would otherwise land.
