When sprinting over water to place a lily pad to land on, the lily pad will duplicate itself. One of the lily pads will give the item back when broken, the other one won't. To reproduce the glitch: Try sprinting from the shore to the sea with a lily pad in your hand and jump to the water, then place the lily pad in mid-air. The lily pad will duplicate itself.
