Stuck- Child Event Loop exists in all versions newer than 1.8.9   It works in 1.8.9 only and no other versions.  All other versions it appears it doesn't have a network connection or at least it gives this "Failed to Create a Child Event Loop."  It even does it for single player mode.  Weirdly everything works fine for 1.8.9.  I am running a server on 1.15.2 and trying to set it up for my son's virtual party.  I have tried to uninstall minecraft and .minecraft and all leftovers.  I have uninstalled all old java versions.  I have installed the latest java version 8 build 1.8.0_251-b08,  I have worked on this for hours.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thank you for your time.  I have tried all other solutions I've found on forums including disabling fire walls, adding java.exe, javaw.exe to be allowed through firewall then disabling fire walls.  I have bitdefender anti-virus and i have turned it off.  Windows defender also turned off.  The problem remains.  Please help!
