When I open the box and want to move my item from the inventory and press Shift + left mouse button, nothing happens (the item does not move), but I have to hold the left mouse button to move the item to the box. The same with armor, when I press Shift + left mouse button, the armor does not dress. To dress the armor I have to hold down the left mouse button and move. Please help. What could be the reason for this? I play Java Edition

The keyboard is not broken. The mouse doesn't either.The shift key works in other programs and Minecraft also works
