The Bug
Piglins that are summoned with NoAI can be given gold ingots. They will then look at the ingot but won't barter. If they take damage they will just hold the gold ingot as an item.

Command to Replicate

/summon minecraft:piglin ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1}

Replicate

• Summon a Piglin with NoAI
• Right Click it with a Gold Ingot
• Watch him accept it but no barter
